Boston Market - Hamburg

Well I would have liked to have stopped for lunch here at 1:30 p.m. 11/22/23 since there's not many Boston market locations left in business anymore, but the door was locked and a sign was on the door that said call this number for your pickup orders. So it's the usual short-staffing situation that is plaguing so many restaurants. How sad. You people have better figure something out or you're going to lose all of your businesses.

Paid 16.99 online, went to pick up around 7pm and it was closed, supposed to be open till 8.00. That was weeks ago, still have not received a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

It's been years since I've eaten at Boston Market and while I was in the area, I thought I'd stop by on Oct 31st. They were closed so I went the next day. I remember the food being delicious but was very disappointed. I purchased the half chicken meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The chicken was really good but the sides were just awful. I don't know if it was the hype going in or if it's always been that way, but I think a Hungry Man TV dinner would of been about the same quality or better. Watery mac and cheese and watery instant potatoes. Everything just seemed low quality and watered down. There was only one person working and she was fantastic. I felt bad for her running everything by herself but there wasn't anyone eating there when I arrived (5pm). Maybe that was a sign in itself. All in all, could explain why I don't see many locations around anymore.

Perfect….!!! Chicken was made perfect juicy, tender, tasty!!! Sweet potatoes delicious. A+.Order took less than ten minutes to arrive.

Took an-line order, but they are closed for some reason. Phone is disconnected too............................
