Bread and water came at once and our server Miguel explained the specials. My wife ordered a glass of red wine. 3.00 The server said if you want another, I will bring it before 7 because the price increases to 6.95 at 7. Good for him. I ordered roast pork with white rice, black beans and yucca. 9.95. Good portion and taste. My wife ordered churrasco steak with yucca and a salad. 17.95. Good but pricey for the size of the portion. For dessert, we split a flan which was very good. Our server was always right there making sure that all was well with our meal. A nice location. The best of their locations we have been to so far. We will be back..
The food is terrible: 0 flavor. I ordered ropa vieja, whole fried snapper fish and what I thought was half rotisserie chicken, instead i got this boiled looking two dark meat quarters, no breast. I got the food to go, I didn?t see it at the restaurant and when i got home the chicken was covered with rice a d they out a bunch of tomatoes to hide it, but the flavor was even worse than how it looks. The fried fish wasn?t any better; it?s supposed to come with sautéed onions, nothing. Spent $110 for nothing ????
Liked the paella. Probably a bit too pricey. The avocado salad surprised me. I expected more ingredients than only avocado itself. Overall can recommend the place.
Excellent service. Super friendly and flexible. Wide variety of food. Very well executed.
Nice family owned Cuban restaurant that seemed to be well liked by the locals. We had the sampler appetizer and we were full before finishing that! We shared the grilled fish topped with the shrimp in Creole sauce. Amazing! We left so stuffed for $45. The dinner was like high and restaurants in Latin America. Very fresh. Very well prepared. Service was also good. We were well attended.
