Sbarro - Halfway

I understand what the general public doesn't see behind the preparation door is one thing, but what we see in plain view is another. Sunday, 2-5-06 approx. 11:30a.m. I was sitting in Valley Mall Food Court and at this establishment when the pizza flipping caught my eye, as I watched one rather stocky blondish male and a smaller dark haired male preparing the food. The things I saw these two men do literally disgusted me. The stocky blondish male kept running his fingers thru his hair then going and running his fingers thru the food. Then I saw him speaking to two men while he was picking a scab on his arm then he went back to preparing food. The smaller dark haired male red shirt at one time had gloves on to retrieve ? mushrooms for pizza but then removed his gloves wiped his nose and then picked up pepperoni chunk sliced it and held it like a deck of cards rubbed his nose and stood there holding the pepperoni rubbing it in his hands, rubbed his nose again and then put the slices on the pizza. I understand a lot goes on behind closed doors of restaurants that the general public never sees BUT to be out in the open and watch this. I'm sorry, it literally disgusted me. I’m sure the proper heat level for the pizza possibly killed whatever germs they were carrying but to see this made me sick. I should have addressed this to whatever manager was there at the time but to tell you the truth maybe this way will be a little better.
