Papa John's - Haines City

Maybe the worst pizza ever. we have the meat lovers and it was so tasteless. even if we picked up pieces and tried them separately, blah. only with every taste was the paprika and that is the only part I usually don't like or eat. we have also tried to bite the jalapeño brot things...ackkkk as far as pizza places go, they are also quite expensive. definitiw not worth. that was our first time we tried pj and our last.

Used to be the best Papa Johns ever. Now they have a manager in training for a month now and it’s been a disaster. I waited 2 hours and had to go pick it up myself and wait 45 more minutes.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Food was hard like it had been sitting I understand that we ordered 20 mins before it closed but the manager Markel or Marcel was very rude wouldn’t give us a refund after saying we didn’t want the food that has not even been eaten because it was ice cold very nonchalant and poor customer service skills

Ordered my pizza, waited an hour after estimated delivery time to call because I still hadn't received my pizza. Called, the manager who says his name is Josh said my pizza was delivered to my neighbor because they couldnt get ahold of me when they called. My phone never rang. They didnt knock on my door. The neighbor they claim they took it to never received it either. The delivery person went to the wrong house. When I called they wanted me to pay for a new pizza for their screw up. Will not be ordering from this location again.
