I asked what articles were gf and my waitress knew what that meant, but was only sure about one thing on the menu. I ordered it, it was delicious and I didn't get sick. I would definitely go back when I went back to Hanoi.

When we started eating, I explained: “I love “Find Me Gluten Free”!” This place is a jewel under the stairs of a hotel in the heart of the old neighborhood, the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. The menu is very clear (including the prices in Dong and USD and they checked ingredients before I order. The green mango with beef salad was the best we had and Happy Hour is a steal (2 for 1 . The nem nuong was spectacular and large enough to share (although I ate most of them, they also have killer WiFi! I'm sure we're back, even though we're just here for a few days.

While the menu is not explicitly marked what is gluten-free, like the server and they will say happy what menu items you can and can. The food was fresh, authentic and delicious.

Excellent restaurant understanding of gluten free although doesn't advertise as gf. Checked every ingredient, showed me packaging explained how each item was cooked, having an understanding of cross contamination. Service staff were superb. Highly recommended
