It was incredibly frustrating, and I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant. To make matters worse, I got home and realized that parts of our order were missing. "Unsatisfied" doesn't even begin to capture how disappointing our experience was.
I didn't think it was possible to mess up something as simple as sprinkles, but they managed to! They were as hard as rocks and tasted greasy. The loaded potato skins were also hard and cold. I'm really frustrated with this place. The last time I went, my burger wasn’t even chewable.
"I was charged $2.03 for a large lemon water, which is the highest price I've ever seen at other local Sonic locations where it typically costs around $1.06. According to the manager, this water isn't anything special, and they always charge for it. I won’t be returning, that’s for sure!"
The service is great. it is only when they order meals they supply. everything is timed. they must wait until the order is completed.
They are great with everything nice and respectful everytime. Fresh.
