Quality Bakery - Gulfport

Being from the tri-state area, I'm quite fussy about my pastries baked goods, but this place did not disappoint! (Unlike the other bakeries we've tried in Gulfport/Long Beach). It's also the only bakery we've visited that did not have moody unamused teenagers behind the counter. They've always been welcoming, personable and kind when we've visited! You can tell that they really love what they do! It shows in both the quality of their pastries and their customer engagement! Truly the best bakery around

Ordered a cake for my grandmother’s 80th birthday celebration and my aunt’s birthday. Extremely disappointed in the look of this cake! Anyone want to guess what it’s supposed to say? You’re probably wondering why we didn’t say anything at the bakery. That would be because the awesome (total sarcasm) customer service representative pretty much pushed my aunt out the door. A phone call will happen on Monday.

We went in from out of state to get donuts at 8 am. King cake only had an option for cinnamon dough because she didn't want to make a batch of dough for it.. That was her words. Then asked about ordering a dozen glazed donuts and was again told that they weren't making yeast donuts due to it being king cake season and it wouldn't help their business. You just lost a yearly customer for how inconvenient and how uncomfortable you made me feel within your store!

The best bakery on the gulf coast. Great people too!

Kindness Quality! This is one of those places where you’ll find both. The cake was amazing the customer service was just as good. One experience Im a forever customer.
