Always get everything right when I go here and everyone is always so generous

The snow cones are delicious. Love the wedding cake, pink lady, chocolate, watermelon flavors. There were 15 cars ahead of me, but I was willing to wait. It took only 30 minutes. Not bad. Worth the wait!

I'm not sure if we came at a bad time, but the service was extremely slow. We waited over 10 minutes for a cocktail and a soda. There were flies everywhere. We had to stand at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for our food, while other customers were reaching over and grabbing their own. Our order was incorrect, which caused further delay. They ran out of most drinks and said they couldn't fix it at that time. We will not be returning.

The dining experience at this McDonald's is typical for what you would expect. It is okay. The wait times can range from average to sometimes longer than expected, especially at night when they should be faster due to fewer customers. The staff is usually teenagers or high school-aged girls who have been unprofessional at times. They have acted rudely and childishly, ignoring customers and treating them poorly.

I ordered a dish and noticed it had excess fat. When I asked for a replacement, the staff insisted it would be the same. They gave me the option of choosing something else or receiving a refund. I opted for a refund. I am disappointed with how they handled the situation and did not address the issue of the fat. This was a shock to me, as I have never experienced this at McDonald's before. Other than that, everything else was perfect. At least my child was able to enjoy their meal.
