Hooters - Gulf Shores

This is my preferred choice when it comes to chicken wings, and they have not disappointed today, but the service was quite terrible. if the place was packed or if it appeared short-handed, I would totally understand. but we hit the food rug and our waitress jocey was just inconspicuous. we saw them eat, watch tw, play with their hair....all while we waited for our bill. we waited so long that my man finally went into the opposite to get it from her and pay for it so that we could go. I will say it looks like the restaurant has made some improvements like new tables and the host was helpful by delivering food and cleansing tables immediately.

Well, we showed up and they said there is a two hour wait, the hostess and waitress was quiet rude and not very greeting at all. One of the dads ordered wings to go and why we waited outside on the patio, that by the way they had no servers to serve people outside. The manager came out and told us he would not be serving us since one of our young daughters gave he a bad loo to a sever. Fortunately she was sticking out her tongue at her mom and not the waitress. The blonde hair waitress was rude, and had actually came out to tell us she was making sure the two beers we purchased were not leaving. I can truly say I will never return to this place again. Explains why the place wasn’t busy and most of the customers there were complaining about the wait staff and manager. If I was a regional manager if this store I would fire them all and start fresh. 3/18/2022

Stopped in Sunday to grab something for a late lunch around 1:30. Sat at table outside and ordered 2 beers while we looked at the menu. Well it’s a good thing we weren’t starving or thirst because the little 20 year old who brought us the first drinks never came back. Sat there 40 minutes drinking those 2 beers that we ordered and not one time did little miss come back to check on us. We finally said to hell with it and when my wife went in to pay she had to track down the waitress who was standing in the kitchen talking with 4 other girls. She didn’t give a **** about her customers and then they will complain that they aren’t making any money….PURE LAZINESS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! Don’t waste your time stopping

I turned 80 this yr and had my first visit. I loved the wings and the pretty,sweet girls. Going back today for Valentines. My hubby loved the wings too.ha-ha

Just Walked in, was less than enthusiastically asked to sit where i wanted as the waitress sat at the bar talking to the girl at the register . Two table were seated with two people each. No one came to my table. So i figured she is waiting on an order. Well she took it to the table. THEN she went back to talking to the girl at the register. No acknowledgement from anyone….. NO ONE. I sat there a moment in disbelief. I qieutly walked out as quietly as i walked in…. Smiled as i left. Not acknowledged then either
