Why does it take sooo long for to-go orders. You’re pissing your customers off by taking so long. Get a clue, that’s your revenue.
Staff was super friendly. We had a to go order. My rare steak was half medium and half done. My sister's steak was half done and half well done. I asked for rare and she asked for medium. Terrible cut of steak. Too chewy to even eat. My first time at. Rubys and I won't be back.
It was terrible. We waited an hour and a half for our food. I ordered a ribeye and it was a gray looking piece of meat. Our grandchildren ordered burgers and they were the smallest burgers I’ve ever seen. I hesitate to write such a review but if I can save someone the time and money we were out, then I’ll do it.
