Panera Bread In Lex - gton-Fayette

We arrived 30 minutes before the restaurant closed and it was clear that the staff were eager to leave. The floor was wet, and although we didn't want to, we had to walk through it, leaving many footprints. The food was delicious, although they were out of bread as a side option. The cashier was friendly, despite the pressure we felt from other customers due to our late arrival.

The food at Panera was delicious as usual. However, there was a discrepancy in our order where we were shorted two large Mac and cheese bowls. Despite reordering and confirming our order, there was no apology from the employees and they were rude when we asked about the missing items. Additionally, our second order came with chips instead of baguettes, as they were out of stock. It was frustrating to see that Panera is consistently out of baguettes during dinner time, as they are a staple of the restaurant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with lackluster customer service.
