Costa Vida In Farm - gton

April 9th 2024 I was enjoying my chicken salad and to my surprise I found a baby cockroach I went up to let staff know and the brother of Danielle asked for my receipt went back to find but never received it from cashier so went back up and Danielle (girl with fake blue contacts she came over to help and so I showed her the picture of the cockroach and she informs me she can not give me my money back due to eating my food that I paid for because it was less then half left . She informs me she made sure she washed the lettuce good. I walked out cause i was done fighting with stupid.so my mom stayed in there and finally got only the salad amount back not the full bill back . (So my mom tells her she lost my business and she rudely tells my mother no she'll be back . I will never be back in Farmington NM Costa Vida again. P.S. I have pics, but not sure how to add them
