Buffalo Wild Wings - gton Hills

I keep hoping that the service will get better. Came in for dinner waited 15 minutes to be greeted and or get a menu, there was only one other table so they were not busy. Our drinks took 15 min after ordering, the bartender was chatting with a co worker and not making drinks. Then our food eventually came out and was just ok. Management needs to fix this, no one seems to care about providing great service.

Super slow service. Waited over 15 min after I got seated and no one showed up to take the order. Buffalo wild wings.

This was a nice buffalo clean , good service , and good food . I loved there bbq bone in chicken it was cooked well right amount of sauce. Thumbs

Walked in Wednesday night and had to seat ourselves, not a huge deal. Looking around the restaurant there was one waitress and one bartender for the entire restaurant. We sat down for 10 minutes without any service before we left. Whoever is running this business needs to stop being cheap and schedule enough people to cover a dinner shift. Do not recommend this location.

First and foremost, i understand that at the time we went, it was busy, but the waiter was one of the worst i ever had. First, we asked for waters ,napkins it took an hour, and another waiter to get this done. When our waiter came , he did not ask how things were and was really unfriendy. I watched all around our table waiters , waitress even as busy as it was taking care of their tables. When i asked to speak to a manager, the waitress i ask acted insulted and told me no in a not so friendly manner. I dont feel like me or anyone at our party shouldnt have ever gotten up to chase someone down to get anything done. On top of all this, once we got our food, he told me mine wasnt ready. I waited another half hour, i felt this was done on purpose. Also it was super cold.
