Un posto memorabile e con i fondamentali super apposto: si mangia molto bene; l’accoglienza dei gestori é speciale; il servizio impeccabile; l’atmosfera calda; il prezzo perfetto. In più è un’iniziativa sociale. Direi un posto perfetto. Bravi! Tornerò sicuramente.

Personally I think they need to improve the cuisine and the service, when we arrived despite the half-empty room we waited 20 minutes before they came to take our order even just for drinks, they have a pretty good wine list but the first two bottles I tried They weren't there to order, the third one was but 3 years younger and they opened it without letting it be noticed. Honestly, it seemed expensive for the quality offered.

Returning to Rome on the Aurelia, I made this very short detour to Rispescia to have lunch. The place is very nice, it also has outdoor tables and the girl who serves the tables is very friendly and has a big smile. The cuisine is simple but tasty. The seafood salad was good and the pici with mussels and garlic were amazing. Water, a glass of white wine. Honest price, coffee and bitters offered by the company. Excellent experience, worth the detour.

We caught a fresh sea bream large enough for two. The cooking was perfect. The potato side dish also impressed me. The recipe was explained to me which involved a long passage in the oven at a low temperature. Excellent choice of wines. I took a Vermentino di Gallura. To conclude, a Vermentino grappa. We enjoyed the fish-based appetizer for 2 at the outside table. Excellent salmon not to mention the octopus both steamed and Luciana style. The spelled with shrimp was also appreciated and the mussel saute was really tasty. We then moved on to dessert; a bundle of chocolate with the same melt inside. Wonderful.
