Assistant Jacob and In-Shop staff Lauren and Elliott ran the show. While I was in Jimmy John's locations throughout the country; This trio really encompasses the meaning of customer service, as well as the brand! FRANCHISE OWNERS: Show them something love!
DO NOT order from this location. We ordered for delivery understanding it could take a little longer; it took over an hour to get us our food. When called the store to ask what was going on was told it would be on its way even after the app saying it?s been out for delivery for 20 minutes. This is the 2nd time in a month this has happened with this location and the first time we received our food the side of ranch was spilled all over our entire bag and sandwiches. I understand being patient with restaurants during this time but this is absolutely insane. Also called back in after still not having my food and the employee lied about being the manager and once realized couldn?t handle my request got the actual manager on the phone.
This is by far the slowest drive through consistently. I need to stop coming here but I?m always hopeful it?ll be faster. The staff is never friendly (at least in the drive through window) either. I don?t blame them, they look swamped and stressed. Something needs to change. I?d definitely go somewhere else if you?re in a hurry at all.
Freaky Slow... This was my go to JJ's as they are right down the street from work. 4ish months ago... Yikes! 25+ minute waits for a sandwich. Line extended out the parking lot exit, blocking others trying to leave. Grumpy employees working at a very slow pace. I've tried them 3 times and the same poor experience. Come on Jimmy John's, you can do better even in Covid times. The subway down the street is killing you with 3 people working behind the counter!
