I'm autistic, so sometimes I'm a little bit slower in picking out the food I want. I waited in line and when I got to the front I didn't immediately rattle off the order so another lady came up to the counter and called up the next person who was ready to order. I was standing at the register and had to move aside for the lady behind me to get rung up. When I looked confused, the employee asked if I was ready to order now. Then it was so chaotic and loud that the other girl who was actually helping me (3rd employee at the counter) couldn't even hear what my order was. Extremely rude, complete lack of customer service skills.
My husband asked for a dragon fruit mango lemonade and I asked them to return the frosty for a lemonade and they said no. Learn to speak english or learn to be nice when someone says they wanted something.
I need the owner or GM of this location to contact me, this employee is ALWAYS giving me issues
Horrible HORRIBLE service! I went to this location 3/13/23 at approximately 5pm. The young lady at the register lacked customer service. When I asked for a particular pretzel, was told I couldn’t pick, and she gave me what she wanted. That’s ridiculous, I am a paying customer. If it’s in the window, I should be able to buy it.
I just buy the Sugar Pretzel Nugget pay for $6 , the Sugar Pretzel Nugget too hard like stone , I try to tell they, help me change the new , the girl say, can’t return , can’t change , can’t refund , it was horrible if you buy any food you need think about it can’t eat ore not , never can find any restaurant like this. So rude , never think about the customer pay the money buy the garbage , how’s feel , that is why , the store write down: No return No change ,No refund!Need Tips !! How’s your sever ? Need tips? Funny! I give you 0 Star !
