Terrible customer service by the receptionist. Went in to browse only to be chased out by a racially motivated long haired brunette woman. She raised her voice at me and told me to leave and accused me of only wanting to use the restroom. Her attitude was less than desirable and was terribly rude. This was highly unprofessional considering the town we were in and their consumer base. Caused a scene in front of my group as well as other customers. As an asian woman browsing with my other asian colleagues this was very racially charged and I will be sure to never come back and will spread the word around my network. I have never had this experience anywhere in my life and felt humiliated.

Had a horrible experience here, the receptionist was incredibly rude and highly unprofessional. Could’ve been a potential client but now I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. My recent visit to this location has lead me to experience the most aggressive baffling situation I had ever been in in the many years I have lived in Greenwich. As a frequent customer of many of the shops on the avenue, no worker has ever treated me with such racially aggressive attitude. While visiting there this past week I was met by a brunette receptionist who quite frankly gave such distasteful customer service I was in shock. She gave such horrible attitude all while accusing my group of friends and I that we were only there to use the bathroom amidst us ACTIVELY browsing and looking to purchase. Will be sure to never return. Even gave rude remarks after we asked to speak to a manager about her awful treatment, this company needs to do better.

Horrible customer service. Front desk was highly unprofessional. Could've a good place as I liked the original concept, but my experience was ruined by the receptionist who supposed to be the face of the company. What a shame, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
