Starbucks - Greenville

I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant around noon today. There were only a few people ahead of me, so there was no rush. I ordered a venti hot white chocolate mocha, which is the only drink I can enjoy since my taste changed after having Covid. I paid almost $7 for my drink and headed home. Unfortunately, I couldn't drink it right away because it was too hot. When I got home, I realized they had given me a $4 hot chocolate instead. I tried calling the restaurant for five minutes, but no one answered. I have had multiple issues with this Starbucks in the past, so I have decided not to go back. I suggest trying a different Starbucks to save your money and time.

The Starbucks at this location has a welcoming team, spotless interior, and quick service. It is conveniently situated across from ECU's Life Sciences and Biotechnology building. There is plenty of parking available, but be cautious as the drive-thru line may block you in if you park in front of the building. This is a fantastic spot to grab a quick bite, especially for ECU students.

I'm not a Starbucks fan at all. I do not prefer their coffee in any kind of way. I gave them 3 stars because they were fast and my daughter is a Starbucks junkie

They will not prioritize delivery in anyway. Beware drivers. If they're wrapped around the building they will fulfill all of those orders before they begin to make yours. Saw people come and go You might wait forever. Left after 20 minutes myself. They knew I was there. Didn't care. Won't be accepting orders here again.

This restaurant is a great spot to grab a coffee! The staff here is fantastic. The drive-thru line is usually long, so I prefer to go inside.
