Super clean facility and super nice staff. Food is always enjoyable no matter what you get!

The food was good. However, I didn’t appreciate the big guy with curly long blonde hair (an employee) cussing around my 4 year old child. We were the only ones dining in and he was telling his coworkers a very animated story. Over the course of his story, he very loudly said the f-word multiple time, with my 4 year old daughter within 15 feet of him. He also said a and s t multiple times. No very professional and won’t be eating at this location ever again.

Honestly, I had no issues or complaints about my sub. I ordered the large Italian and it was perfect. The sub was hot, tasted good, and made just how I asked. Staff was very friendly and attentive also.

Waited 20 minutes to get our food and we only order 2 steak and cheese subs along with 2 sides. The coke machine is not working right now qnd customers are able to pick from sweet tea unsweetened tea or cans of coke, sprite.. The food was not very good either it was just not up to firehouse subs standard.

Make sure to double-check your order before leaving the restaurant. My large Hook-n-Ladder sub was completely uncooked, and unfortunately, I couldn't return it since I was on my lunch break.
