I even saw a child nearly fall if not for his mother holding onto him. I pointed this out to the manager, who acknowledged the problem but seemed unconcerned. There were no signs indicating a slippery floor, which was quite disappointing. Overall, my experience was very poor and has turned me off from Chick-fil-A for good.
The staff is always friendly and wears adorable cow costumes. I've never had an order messed up at any of their locations. I would love to support them more because I really enjoy their food. However, I have some disagreements with the main company's owners on certain issues, which makes it difficult for me to fully support their franchises.
There's not much more to say since Chic-Fil-A is already well-known for being incredible. This particular location is consistently clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Debbie, who was working in the lobby today, delivering orders to dine-in customers. Thank you, Debbie, for your kindness and friendliness!
Line was short and moved quickly. Food was good. Ordered the spicy grilled chicken sandwich. I love spicy chicken and order it everywhere. Not here. Was way way way too hot. Not to my liking. I'll stick to the grilled deluxe. Employees were veryfriendly.
I thought the point of ordering ahead on the app was so you could skip the line. I ordered ahead on your app because I was in a time pinch. Upon arrival they said get in line like everyone else who did not order ahead. So what was the point of orderingahead of time if you still have to wait in line? Either way, great food and service.
