I eat out way too much. Travel for a living.I also was a corporate trainer for a well known restaurant group.The service; I watched our waiter scramble while others simply watched. No concept of food runner or team. My daughter ordered a dish that was no where near the capacity maybe of what it should be.Ordered another set took so long we canceled yet another waitress walked up holding the dish. Said we canceled and she then responded condescendingly. Requested something off the menu, liked dish but add protein. Didn’t happen.No management in ear or eyesight.I highly suggest avoiding. Bar staff and hostess seemed very friendly. Hopefully they can easily find employment elsewhere once this place shuts its doors. Table service was less than mediocre food was a solid
Everything is only fair at best. Service is surprisingly bad how do you have wait staff who know nothing about seafood
We had reservations and were immediately told it would take a while because the kitchen was understaffed. Our waitress tried the best she could and the food was good but we were t served until There didn’t appear to be any management on hand to handle the situation. We asked for bread to hold us over and were told that was only for customers ordering entrees. of the of us ordered entrees. of the meals were brought over before our oyster appetizer arrived. The other meals were brought out minutes after the other entrees had arrived. It’s a shame because the food was good and we like th atmosphere. Pier needs a major training and management overhaul
