The quality and consistency is almost nonexistent at this location, every order is a roll of the dice with you usually taking the L on what is otherwise an excellent product.
I was just at this establishment. There was a full lobby so I was prepared to wait. I watched three people get served before I even got greeted. After 10 min I was finally acknowledged when a line started forming behind me. I asked for a pepperoni pizza and an order of cheese bread. He said “I don’t have any cheese bread ready but I have the pizza, here.” I would have waited for the rest of the order, but it already seemed like such a hassle to even serve me so I just took the pizza, paid, and went home. When I got home the pizza was so soggy from grease it was literally dripping. I never leave negative reviews, but the quality of service and product at this establishment really need to be reviewed by someone who will do something. It seems like I’m not the only person having this experience. PLEASE CHECK ON THIS STORE.
The employees were too busy walking around trying to keep their pants up and lack of having a good system is why there was 10 of us in the lobby. I was left to get my own card to work (when it wouldn't) and didn't even get a receipt after waiting for one. Not even a thank you.
Literally waited there to get served and we were about to pay and the guy wonders off and starts talking to some dude and we wait there for 5 minutes for him to stop talking, so we just left. Worst services I’ve ever had at a little Caesar’s.
