Dasarang - Greensboro

Great hole in the wall! The food was excellent. We had shrimp fried rice, bi bam bap, and the spicy pork bulgogi was the best that I have ever eaten. Our young son loved the fish cakes, kimchi, and other side dishes. The servers were very gracious and very attentive. I will be back!! Update!!..... We have been back numerous times and it is still fantastic! The spicy pork bulgogi makes my mouth water. The spicy squid was awesome. Just be sure to call ahead as they are not always open. We drove over an hour twice to find them closed even though Google showed them open. We tried another Korean restaurant nearby and though it is good, it is not the same as Dasarang. Another update....we have been back numerous times and we still love to eat there. The food continues to be wonderful!! Try the squid tempura. And yet another update.... I no longer consider Dasarang to be a hole-in-the-wall. I now look at it as if it were my adopted Korean grandmothers place, because that is how I imagine her food would be. We drive over an hour to eat here. We really love this place. The food is very consistent and it always satisfies. I cannot wait until the next time.

The food was awesome. The service friendly. Have I said that I love Korean food. I was very hungry too and the appetizers were awesome titillating my palette. The rest was so food, little to no sodium which I love, I was full at the end but would still eat more because of the taste and I had leftover. Was a great experience.

This is very authentic Korean food. With wonderful kimchi. The most amazing tofu that actually taste good. The first I've ever enjoyed. Large serving of beef. We'll go back again someday when I'm in Greensboro.

We had the SamGyupSal grilled at our table. Excellent food service! Definitely will be going back!
