Santa Fe Mexican Grill - Greensboro

Food was great, but most of all we were Immediately greeted by the staff as soon as we entered the restaurant. The staff was EXCELLENT!!

This place never disappoints. Everything is good service is great

They know my order as soon as I walk in. Good food good business good people.

Quality of food was very basic. For example:chicken nachos just boiled chicken shredded up. Very bland and not appetizing You could tell the chicken was just boiled in a pot of water and cut up and put on the plate. The chips were sitting in boiled chicken water. Confirmed with staff if the chicken was suppose to be seasoned they said No and said there was other food that was. Customer service was fine until we left and was just giving the guy at the register a heads up about maybe being more detail for that entree. One of the waitresses thought it was appropriate to keep yelling Ciao! at us until we walked out the door. Plenty of Mexican restaurants in town would recommend others.

Had a meeting here with school PTA board. First time visiting this establishment. Calm and settled atmosphere. Servers were kind and attentive, and quick. Food was good. I decided to try the grilled shrimp quesadilla with rice/salad side. Really liked the sweet tea ??. Will visit again!
