I was actually very excited for us to try something new. Upon entering the building there were three ladies behind the counter who initially greeted us but we just stood there very awkwardly for like 3 minutes until I finally said hey this is our first time here and we don't know your protocol after we had already been greeted. It was like they were waiting on the other one of them to cave in and seat is. So a lady takes us to completely empty section and just slaps our menus on the table and says you'll sit here. We wanted a booth as I explained to the lady when she asked how many in our party but I didn't want to engage with her anymore. The attitude was loud. My waitress was really nice and took our order. Our food came out in stages and from different people. My salad was mostly stems and brown. The waitress said she would get another one and I refused because the first one should have been fresh. The waitress said the manager would come over but never did. I ordered the ribeye medium and it was cooked beautifully but a third of it was just fat. I asked if the mashed potatoes were made in house and I was told they were but they didn't look or taste like it. Hubby ordered shrimp and flounder and it was really good. My friend ordered ribs and she said they were good. The kid got a plain hamburger and fries and he ate the fries took one bite of a hamburger and abandoned it. We ordered the bucket alcohol drink and I like the way it tasted almost like grapefruit but I couldn't taste any alcohol in it. We tip in cash so I tipped our waitress in cash. I was disappointed because I was told a lot of positive stuff from my friends who live in Greensboro. Then a second family came in and they seated this family right behind us and this entire empty section and their toddler constantly got out of the booth and was pulling on the back of my chair. And I'm trying to figure if the whole section is empty why did you sit them 3 ft from me. It was a large party and we couldn't hear ourselves that our own table. I think what a few small adjustments this could have been an awesome experience. I wish the manager would have came over and spoken to me like I was told she would that way we could have resolved some issues because I asked to be moved when the issues with the pulling on my chair while I was trying to eat got on my nerves really bad. A little communication goes a long way. If I can't get you to come over and do your job then we can't get nothing resolved. I think the icing on the cake was when our drinks came out and the lady carrying them had filled them all down besides and we already had no napkins so I asked her for napkins for my table and she brought three napkins for the four of us to share. When I asked for more she told me she would be back and never showed up.
The food is always good and sometimes great. I like the variety of options. My last experience was a to go order for my work and when I got back to the office, I was missing items. We ordered deserts and had no ice cream. No utensils, no napkins, no sauces....
We're a family of 4 and went at just before 3pm. We had chicken wings, fries, the philly cheesesteak, grilled chicken sandwich, and a hamburger with mac n' cheese. Everything was hot and tatsted good. It was hard to take a picture of but you can see the steam coming off the philly. The honey bbq and honey buffalo sauce were good on the wings. The only negative was we got upcharged for everything. It was an extra $1 for lettuce and tomato on the burger. My 9 year old son only eats bbq sauce so he asked for that for his fries and wings that was another $0.50. My husband asked for A1 for his philly that was an extra $0.50. It was a $1 extra each for peppers and mushrooms for the philly. So $7 in extra charges for stuff that usually comes on or with your food made it so we won't be back at dinner time when the prices go $2-3 higher per item, not in this economy.
The server we had was great! Can't think of the young ladies name but she was on point. My main disappointment with this chain is that the wings are always hit n miss? But why? How hard is it to make sure wings are cooked thoroughly. It's like the cook decided medium well was good enough for chicken all of a sudden. It's annoying because the wings are great when done right but that's always a toss up. Again server was great food not so much.
Went to have a late lunch with my daughter and some friends! The food service and management was absolutely horrible. I ordered the spinach dip and they served me it in a dirty bowl! For my entree I had ribs, Mac and cheese and baked beans. My plate came out with hair on it and the Mac and cheese and ribs were all on the same plate. I asked server for the manger. The manger came over to the table and looked either tired or high as a kite! He took my food and said he would have it remade. The manger took the food off the plate with hair and placed it on a clean plate instead of making my order over. The ONLY WAY I knew my food was not remade was because the ribs from the hairy plate had the Mac and cheese still on stuck to the bottom of them and they were ice cold. My server let me know that she would request to have them remade again. Manager said he would remake the ribs but not the sides that got cold waiting for new ribs to be made. I will never visit this restaurant ever again. After leaving all I could do was throw up anything that went down my throat at this restaurant. They need better food service and management.
