Starbucks - Greenbelt

I ordered a grande coffee and when I requested extra whipped cream while he was preparing it, he completely refused. I'm paying for my coffee, so I expect it to be made as I requested. I've never encountered this issue before!

This is a very nice Starbucks. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's plenty of seating, clean floors and tables. The sweetener and cream area is typically clean and tidy and well stocked, except for the occasional busy rush times. Importantly, the bathrooms are kept clean and stocked.

Waited for 25 min for a mobile order this morning, with the staffs being rude and gave me a coffee that tasted nothing like a soy vanilla latte. Will never go back there. Staffs need training on customer service.

Great service quick service every morning. The best I?ve been to. Please keep this up. Awesome employees every morning!

I can always find everything I need here, the staff is consistently friendly, and I can't help but have my own little dance party every time I visit. The music is fantastic!
