Ledo Pizza - Greenbelt

Jayla was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The dining experience was excellent!

I'm not sure what went wrong, I have been to this restaurant many times before and the service was always good. However, today my order took over an hour to arrive and I wasn't even offered a refund. It was definitely not the fault of the young ladies working there, but rather a mistake in ensuring the order was fulfilled. The average wait time for others seemed to be an hour to an hour and a half. I would give this restaurant 3 stars for their poor handling of the situation.

This pizza spot in the neighborhood is one of the most beautiful I have been to in a long time, and the best part is that I don't even live in the neighborhood. The food and service are exceptional, making it worth the trip. It has quickly become my favorite place to visit for pizza. The new owner and staff are absolutely delightful, with everyone being friendly and welcoming. The food is always served hot, fresh, and delicious. Today, I had the Korean chicken salad for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. My children enjoyed their pizza as well, and my son still remembers the brownie the owner gave him a few months ago, leaving him with a positive experience. I would give this place 5 stars all around for their great food and service.

It was extremely busy with a long line of customers waiting on orders. I placed my order online that took 30 minutes longer than anticipated but the managers and employees were very pleasant and took care of the order. The food was good. My kids and I enjoyed the pizza.
