Nobu Hibachi Sushi - Green Hill

The food was, without a doubt, the best hibachi-prepared Japanese cuisine I have ever had the pleasure of having dance across my taste buds. The cook used freshly minced garlic which really brought out more of the sweetness of the soy sauce as well as the complementary taste of the garlic. The waitress we had was very attentive, present, and patient with our questions about the new menu (first time being there since it was Wasabi). Everyone was energetic and friendly, as well as skilled and professional. Make this your next stop to dine in when you're in Providence (fair warning, do your best to make it for lunch as the Hibachi menu is essentially half off between noon and 2PM. You'll avoid spending $50/person that way).

Fozahn was out hibachi cook. He did a great job! Food is delicious and the staff was great. It was a bit warm inside but it is hibachi after all. Will be back. Sushi was good if you just need a quick fix. Again, go for the hibachi!

We had a very enjoyable experience. Had lunch with a Mother and Son from out of town, Good conversation, good food and good service.

Hibachi is great. Soup leaves a lot to be desired. Salad is basic. Sushi is decent. Was told Saki beer was domestic or Japanese. When it came out, it was imported from Italy. We all had a good laugh! Service staff is great and friendly. Management not so much.

Excellent place for Japanese Steakhouse experience. Staff and service were excellent and food was delicious!
