I got the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino Blended Beverage and it was amazing. Their cake pops are always to die for. Definitely recommend. The wait time was maybe 3 minutes? Went drive through.
I recently visited this Starbucks location that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The entire experience was marred by the rude behavior of the manager and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction.First and foremost, my drink order was completely wrong. Instead of rectifying the mistake, the manager argued that it was prepared correctly, despite it being clear to anyone with basic taste buds that it wasn’t. It’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of accountability and professionalism.To make matters worse, when I attempted to discuss the issue further, the manager’s attitude took an unacceptable turn. She not only dismissed my concerns but also threw my sandwich into my car, displaying an appalling lack of respect for both me and my property.As a loyal customer, I expected better from a company that prides itself on delivering quality products and exceptional service. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.I strongly urge Starbucks to address this incident promptly. Customers should not have to endure such disrespectful treatment. I hope my review serves as a wakeup call for the management to reevaluate their customer service practices and ensure incidents like these are never repeated.In the future, I will be hesitant to visit this particular Starbucks location, and I encourage others to think twice before doing so as well. It’s truly disheartening to witness such a decline in the once stellar reputation of Starbucks.
Ordered two drinks, extra of everything, and it came out looking like she put light of everything. Then said “That's basically it” . It was rude and utterly a horrible experience. And a waste of $11. And my time. Any other time they do it correctly, it was just this one worker with a pixie cut.
Had a gift card, so we stopped here. Took 20 minutes to get through the line. When we finally got up to pay. One coffee was brought out one at a time and put in the drinker carrier. Why not take the drink carrier to wherever the drinks are being made? Seems like a huge time suck. The moral of this story is that your lines are too long. You take too long! It's coffee, figure it out faster!
