I think the noodles are great. they are not so big and not too sweet. Pity that apfelmus and co are not self-made. also the waffeln (sometimes gives it even with dinkelteig) I tried and was very done.

We have eaten only ice, but we have tried almost all sorts. so far we were not disappointed by anyone, all sorts taste very good and are not too sweet and very creamy. Furthermore, the eistüten themselves are really good.
