Przekaż informację zwrotnąI wanted my order as a curbside pickup. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went in and got the order myself, completely undermining the point of a curbside pickup. Then when I asked for a pepsi, they gave me a Diet Pepsi, even though regular Pepsi was available. I am not even morbidly obese, I can run and move around, and they are going to disrespect me like that??!! It’s a complete disgrace!
I've eaten at a lot of Marcos pizza locations and this is the worst one. IDC about service or atmosphere as long as the food is good. It was not. They make the pizzas smaller, and give less toppings than the other locations. I opened the pizza thinking it was a medium, not a large. The pizza is unevenly made. Goes randomly from thin crust to regular. Doughy bites, only toppings bites, and all crust bites. Look at the reviews and try to tell me different. All the pictures shows a pizza that could and should have been made to be a few inches bigger all around to fit the box. The customization was also not followed correctly as stated by other reviews. I only made modifications to the crust for more seasoning. It makes sense though, it's probably a location that follows the corporate guidelines to a tee and cheap out, if they have the option for more, they'll do less. Service and atmosphere are the reason its highly rated, not food. I'll travel another few miles for a better Marcos pizza.
The team at this location is exceptional, but unfortunately, the owners do not provide adequate management, coaching, or training. As a former employee, I have witnessed violations of Marco's rules on chemical safety, labor laws for minors, and other unethical practices. The owner's practice of deducting pay for remakes from untrained team members is unacceptable. Employees should not be treated as robots, but as valued individuals. The workload and treatment from the owners make it difficult to justify the low pay. Taking responsibility for mistakes and finding solutions rather than blaming others is crucial. It is unethical to penalize employees who are overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. Despite these issues, I give a 4-star rating due to the incredible talent of the team.
When I ordered a pizza bowl, which I have ordered several times before, it arrived a mess, and there was hardly any cheese. I called, and they refused to send a corrected dish. I drove out there to show them the bowl of sauce that I received, the manager told me that the cheese becomes TRANSLUCENT when it is covered in sauce. They gave me a new one that only had a little more cheese. I threw it away and ate a protein bar instead.
I ordered a large pizza for pickup. I noticed that the cooks were not wearing gloves and did not wash their hands. Additionally, it was unclean in the prep area. When I called this out, they tried to hold an argument with me. They have an 88 for their rating, and I can see why. This is also not the first time others or I have received cold pizza or experienced this disgusting behavior. Do not visit this location if you want Marcos!
