Mcdonald's - Grayslake

Manager Maria extremely rude. upon ordering thru the app they confirmed their address of the establishment and I proceeded to place my online order. I got to the drive thru and thry told me that I placed the order to the wrong mcdonalds and taht I had to leave she closed the window and didn't even apologized for them providing me with the wrong address. I had to drive 10 mins away to the mcdonalds I placed the order because my child was hungry. Very unprofessional and with lack of customer service.

Nice place to fast food.. so please next time check your order before your left..all ways is something wrong in the order.. please management help the staff..for better service and happy customers thank you

The staff is exceptional! They are very attentive and efficient! Not to mention how friendly every person I interacted with was. The bathroom was so clean. The restaurant was one of the cleanest I’ve seen.

The chicken nuggets were literally reheated they weren’t crunchy at all, burgers had whole slices of onion on them. Overall 0/10 waited 10 minutes for fries, you’re supposed to be ready for a rush not barely preparing when it’s there. Never eating here again

Absolutely terrible! McDonald 's appeared fully open tonight, with multiple people going through the drive thru. I pulled up, and no one answered. Eventually I pulled up to the window to find out why no one was bothering to answer. Someone was inside clearly filling a drink. I knocked repeatedly, with no answer for a good few minutes, before finally someone actually showed up. She said, in the most sarcastic, nasty tone, We 're closed! Didn 't you see the lights were off? First of all, no the lights were on, and multiple people were in the drive thru. She then said, We close early on Wednesdays, didn 't you know that? No, of course I didn 't. I was so angry that when I got home, I actually looked up the McDonald 's just to review it. It literally says they are open 24 hours. Do NOT give this place your business! It 's not even worth a single penny. I will not return. I recommend you don 't either.
