Arby's - Grayslake

Placed order through Doordarsh. Burger had a big hair in between the meat. It had to be taken apart to find the origin of the hair. Called the restaurant to let them know so they could wear hairnets. Not asking for a refund or apology, just telling him just to wear them. The person who answered was very rude and did not apologize. He just asked me the name of the order and told me he couldn 't see it. I told him I was just telling them to be careful, and he just said OK bye . I was not upset or mad about it, but the way they replied to me was livid proof they didn 't care.

Ordered fries and fish sandwich. In both had long black hair. Lady making food wasn’t wearing hairnet. Never in my life will order food there again.

As fast food places go, this is much better than most. Clean and well maintained dining area. Fast and friendly service They seem to be a little extra generous on portions over filling the fries, or a little extra meat on the sandwich for the few extra cents lost on profits, it makes me choose this place over others.

Had the cheezy beef with the red French/Russian sauce on the onion roll. Could have had more cheese on it, and the curly fries were luke warm and a little rubbery. Was around 630 no line ...probably sitting under the warming light
