Przekaż informację zwrotnąI enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast this morning. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent! I will definitely be returning in the future.
The staff are unfriendly especially the female owner, over priced for the quality of the food. I have never used a dine in service where you order at a counter. On the door there is a free wifi sign, when the owner was asked for the wifi code she stated in a rude manner that they have decided not to give it out to customers. My colleague and myself where very disappointed and as key workers we where shocked at the lack of social distancing and protection from COVID-19. My colleague and I will never be going back again to Gingers, it left a bad taste in my mouth.
I hate to leave a bad review last time here I grabbed a cake and water and had no issues but dining in with my NHS care provider friend this time was totally opposite. I'll detail more as a point of learning, as I've co-owned and managed several food places and dine out almost daily. We were greeted by unfriendly staff, food overlypriced, poor managers, they were seen talking about customers, and one even ate in the customers area. Observed poor hygiene, no gloves, hair nets or tongs used, although waitress did wash her hands after giving my change in my hand, I used hand santisers provided immediately to disinfect myself. Also when asked about wifi, a blonde waitress said she chose not to have it (even though advertised bodly in the window). fair if she was the owner (had no hair net or gloves on). I'll explain more, immediately upon entering an empty appearance clean cafe, 4 staff all looking from kitchen area observing but no one came out for 5mins not even a hello will be there shortly. No one at the till area. Doesn't really matter tbh who knows what drama they had before our arrival but hey ho, is their business. No table service, ordered and I paid immediately. 2 burnt toast, a microwaved re-heated pastry and a english breakfast C swapped bacon for saussage, 2coffee's a kids orange juice. £13.75 £2.25 tip left. Staff and Management should perhaps take note and eat at competitors and understand the brilliant food quality /excellent customer service/price instead of taking out their missery and frustrations lockdown on local eat in/take out diners and gossip in earshot of customers. Should learn some manners, perhaps from Wong Kei's the best abusive restaurant in London. So funny getting vwrbal abuse/banter there. Will definately go back again and ask the local foodie group to visit and see if in time they improve. Wishing them all the best. Visted yesterday lunch time.
Lovely cooked breakfast, do set meals as well as letting you choose what you want. Not too long a wait either. Clean also. Nice cup of tea!
Pop in here every morning to get my morning brew. im always greeting by a smile from all the lovely ladies! they make my morning! and the coffee is just to die for! keep up the amazing work guys!
