Resurrected/transferred from the original Los K in Nevada City, Chef Deliah and the gang didn't miss a beat. Her Colorado sauce is/was so entrancing I had no choice but to go home and grind out how it's done. I'm not telling. Ok ...one hint Guajillos. Good luck with the rest. The mark of a great place is consistency, flavor, location, ambiance and cost. They have it in spades. The best mexican restaurant in Grass Valley isn't in Grass Valley- its here.

We love this place, delicious food, caring workers and super close to home for us. We've never had anything that wasn't delicious from here.
