Starbucks - Grapevine

Great service and great beverage. Only negative is wait time to place an order at drive thru on weekday mornings.

They literally never have anything in stock. No cream cheese. No lemons. No lemonade. They say it's because of a shortage on supplies. However, none of those items are part of the shortage. It's a lack of being on top of things and ordering enough supplies. Absolutely stupid.

9 times out of 10, my Starbucks experience at this location is a slow, painful one, where I regret coming here because of wait times.

Worse Starbucks I?ve ever been . I use Starbucks twice a day for passed 5-6 years, most time been really pleased . I use my mobile app to order COFFE and pay for it ahead . At this location I tried to refill my Starbucks cash on my app. Girl at the counter didn?t know how to do it so she called manager . He was very ignorant and told me he can?t refill my points nor take cash to pay for my coffe. I told him that?s first time in 5 years someone is refusing to do that . As well didn?t scan my points for the COFFE. Definitely if you?re Starbucks drinker avoid this location !

I LOVE this Starbucks!! Most of the employees know me Know what I order. I only wish 3 things. 1. They had seats that had more Cushions on them. Cuz the seats are HARD!! 2. They should have DESPERATELY NEED to make this a BIGGER Starbucks. 3. Treat your employees BETTER Pay your Employees MORE MONEY!! Meaning like $15.00 an hour. Otherwise the overall with Starbucks off of Highway 26 Mustang Drive in Grapevine TX. In the same parking lot with 7-11 is. The employees are WONDERFUL!!!
