Applebee's Grill - Grapevine

TRY! This is the first branch of apple bees that serve food that does not match the explanation on the menu. I went on Saturday night and the place was almost empty. 1. RED FLAG. I ordered a children's meal and when I asked about the choices on the drink, the waiter told me that it will cost extra. What? Each standard children's menu including its has an appetizer main and a drink. I ordered a double-cnir shrimp to come with Coleslaw and Fritten. Our two meals came with fries as sides that like fried in Stale Öl.eww!! Ofcourse coleslaw was missing and waiter said very confident that we did not include Coleslaw with shrimp, although mentioned in the menu. I did not give up, ordered 2 Brownies for Dessert think that this is very basic and there is no chance to move. he brought half a piece with a little cheaper sauce on the top, I was surprised to see that there was no ice that somehow broke my daughters heart, who has a sweet tooth. Again mentioned in the menu, but WHO-KARES. I finished the tip of the guy because I don't know if this is his fault or a standard they all follow as per guidelines. Never!

The hostess is a B$... she had a problem with my whole family when we got into the door. We're not going into details, but most people have left. Our server was short, but I prefer my servers in this way. The saving grace was the food, even if it was over price, it was excellent. Food: 5/5

Waited forever to get space and waited for the server to come to our table. Long story short, server never came and we just left. The place wasn't even busy. Avoid this place, there are better ways.

There was a server for the whole restaurant and he made sure to deliver the best service if he hadn't said anything I didn't notice he was so good. He didn't write anything, he didn't do a job. Whoever is the GM must raise it and get help for these guys. There was a girl sitting on her phone and rolling utensils. She would easily have food, filled drinks and cleaned tables or first orders to help start things. The bartender sat and we didn't see her until it was busy when a family of seven came. They tried to funnel people and serve in the bar area to help, but this room is very small. They also share what is ridiculous, as the only server there would have had all the tips on how he almost did the whole restaurant. Go there for the service it is still amazing, but the management has to help it up and these guys!

They also tip share which is ridiculous as the only server there should have had all the tips as he was doing almost the whole restaurant. Go there for the service it's still amazing but the management needs to step it up and get these guys help!
