Arby's - Grants Pass

I have been waiting for my food for over 25 minutes now and I am the only customer in the restaurant. I didn't order much and was disappointed to find out they don't serve shakes after 10pm. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant was excellent. Although there was a long wait for French fries, they were incredibly fresh, which was a good thing. However, waiting for more than 10 minutes was a bit excessive. I'm not sure why it took so long to prepare them as deep frying usually doesn't take that long. Despite the wait, I wasn't upset, just a bit concerned. Eventually, I was asked to pull around to the front and they brought the food out to me. After waiting for around 10 minutes, I got out of the car and went inside as I thought they had forgotten about me. Thankfully, the staff was very nice and the food was delicious. Despite the wait, I will definitely be returning for more.
