Domino's Pizza - Grandview

I was super hesitant about ordering based on reviews.... But I'm glad I took a chance. Everything was amazing, from the stuffed cheese bread, to the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the pizza.The food was fresh and hot, my order was done super fast and the workers were friendly. They'd definitely get my business again.

Worst dominos ever. They cancelled my online order so I reordered for pick up. I arrive and wait way too long for the employee to tell me that they didn’t make the pizzas because they don’t have the ingredients. Save your time and eat somewhere else. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Y'all good? This location needs to be checked up on. We placed multiple online orders and they end up getting canceled. So obviously we call up there to see why I was canceled however the first time I received with a greeting on the from an actual yet when you say that you place an online order that has been canceled they immediately hang up on you. Then calling back they hang up on you. A reason should be given at the very least. It was plain rude.

Ok, I hate giving one star reviews! But this place is completely mismanaged! I read other reviews and have literally had all of the different things happen to us as well. Dominoes, I love your food and when there’s a well run I’ve never had any issues. As I was reading through the other reviews I noticed a couple 5 star reviews. After reading those reviews, it seems as if the employees themselves are reviewing and trying to counter All the 1 star reviews to justify there means. Once literally has instructions to call and order the food. When the app should do the exact same thing. The GM at the location needs to be reviewed and quality assured. Again, I’m not a big complainer BUT, this happened today, I ordered delivery at 7:09, checked app at 7:16 order canceled, no call, nothing. I drive there (2nd time I’ve driven there for same reason). A single guy is back there working alone, register, prepping everything. We proceeded to make an order in person, he said 20 minutes. We walk around for 30 and go back. We walk in and wait and he proceeds to tell us that “im just getting started on yours now”. Do something corporate!

I ordered two large pizzas: both were medium and toppings were wrong on one and they weren't ready when they said it was. I filed a complaint online but heard nothing. They should close this location.
