Culver’s - Grand Rapods

Normally Culver's is very good about not forgetting stuff, but today we didn't get a burger on our sandwich, pic attached. They also forgot the chocolate milk for my kids meal. It was too late to turn around and go back, let's just say disappointing.

Foods good, waiting 20 minutes in drive thru because they want to run the whole lines orders at once is pretty inconsiderate. Id like my food handed to me when done, not after 7 other cars are finished also.

I go through Culvers at least once a week. I went through last Thursday and waited in line forever. Ordered one chocolate milk shake. My son is severely impaired and only likes chocolate. When I pulled up and away after getting it, I found out it was an oreo cement mixer kind of thing. No way was I waiting in line forever again. I stopped at McDonald's and got him one there. Not a happy camper. I had to Throw it away because I can't have ice cream!!

Upon walking into Culver 's I hear the manager yell in front of all the guest at her employees, ya 'll we need complete order taking right Now I have to give this guy free food . At no giving time should a manager ever yell like that in front of the whole restaurant nor at her employees like that. I feel so bad for the employees, that right there I feel corporate should step in and investigate. Please advise

We went through the drive thru and had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 small custards. The shining star, was the young man that ran out our order, he was full of joy and happiness and made our day!
