I must say that I am not only impressed with the updates in the menu or the new implementation of online order. the personal impressed me, friendly, but not hastened. service with a smile.
This review is solely for the service as I was dashing and was not ordered. yesterday on 1st December at 12 o'clock I received a pickup order at wendy’s. When I arrived, I realized that these types were held back a little. to my surprise, the casser told me that the restaurant had just received a $100 of cheeseburgers for a construction team that just pulled through the drive-thru. (because there is no company policy against such a movement, the crew is the one or more, it is not their fault. I didn't let him know any problem I got and waited with a decent crowd in the lobby. what I would like to point out and praise is that with only one sandwich manufacturer and perhaps two other crew members, they all remained polite, not panic, and really hammered all the accusations in an amazing amount of time and with seamless effort it seems. this layer was on the game yesterday and must be recognized for it. Thank you.
Complains to me, but I'm glad I did. I spent about 20-30 minutes in the drive through just to find home that my whole meal was grounded (1 of three meals is not too bad honest). I called to complain and they were ready to replace my whole meal. only the problem of bridging was the nuggets. for the first time they were fresh, but not the spicy I had ordered; for the second time around my spicy nuggets were hard, dry and cold (but my burger and pommes were perfect). I will probably not get back the spicy nuggets to be honest all variety leave much to wish with this particular menu item. wendys really needs to work on their food quality if they do not intend to make the waiting times shorter, especially for a place that is proud in “freshly not frozen”. if they want to visit this special facility, I would suggest checking their food bags before they go and prepare to wait about 30 minutes in the drive through and give them the opportunity to make their food for the second time.
What happened with customer service and quality goods. the picture below shows my baconator . how can you rent on the speck wendy 's. oh and could you help for this place? I know everyone is trying to find people, but 20 minutes in the driveway and I am the second vehicle in the line.
Food is tasty. But, from Friday to Thursday, the men's bathroom was exactly the same. Looks like nobody cleans it. Sad, because I told the manager on Friday. Today? Still filthy.
