I placed my order; 3 chicken fingers with fries, coleslaw and their famous toasted hamburger bun with dipping sauce. It only took 2 minutes for my order to come to my table. Chicken fingers were warm at best and the fries were cold. They have changed their coleslaw recipe, I remember it having a better vinegar zing. Service was great as usual just came up short on my meal.
The food was average and overpriced. The restaurant lacked ambiance and the chairs were uncomfortable.
We were a table of 5 guests at this st-hubert.When questions were asked about food, the calamari portion size and whether or not the chocolate mousse cake had any waffle or something on the bottom of it, the answer from the waiter was I don 't know or I am not sure .The service was non-existent. I had to get up to get my drink and only when he came back to ask us for something else, did I have the chance to get another ice tea.The service was a 0 and I ended up tipping 7% but in reality, I wanted to not tip at all.Within 10 or so minutes of our departure, my cousin got violently sick due to the food there and complained of incredible stabbing pain in his stomach which I suspect is food poisoning since he has no food allergies or intolerances.I did not enjoy the atmosphere either. Very angry with my experience and the service was absolutely horrific.A waiter that doesn 't ask us if everything is ok or checks up on our table or even knows the menu!!Ridiculous. My cousin getting sick post-food also rubbed me the wrong way. 62 something down the drain. Would rather go to subways where there was a nice manager that treated us like human beings than to be treated like garbage by unavailable waiters.
Great food, the service is always courtesy and kind.
I love the piri piri chicken. I wish they had this at US. However, service was average and it wasn't that busy.
