Needing a light snack on a road trip to KC, and having found BluTaco on one of my many deep dives down the rabbit hole that Google Maps is at least for me). We got 3 traditional beef BluTacos with Salsa Verde, one for each of us. We all enjoyed them. Definitely will hit the BluTaco up again. The only downside was we went through the drive through and they didn't have a menu board for BluTaco there was a menu for Champs Chicken though). It wasn't a big deal for us as we weren't getting a full on meal, I'm sure had we gone inside there would have been a menu. Worth a try if you are nearby.
Never been here. Love the food! Location is been saved! Will be coming back for sure!
I grabbed a double bean bowl, totally could have asked for more salsa, but that was on me. The flavor was still amazing and the portion was nice for the price. Great service and friendly people.Would eat here again for sure.
