Silver Oak, Shevaroys - Gorad Salem

The food was not bad but not great either. The atmosphere is okay and the service was good. I am giving only 2 stars because for the price they are charging, the food was a disappointment.

Must visit for solo travellers. The amount of spice in the food is perfect. Chicken mutton is a Must try here.

The restaurant is dirty and linen is soiled. The food took a very long time to come. The vegetarian thali was pathetic. The phulka was hard. Dal, Rasam and Sambar were watery.

During our brief visit to Yercaud, we had a meal at this restaurant and found the food to be excellent and served promptly. It is a great budget-friendly option for dining.

I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. We ordered vegetarian dishes, but were served non-vegetarian ones instead. The service was incredibly slow, taking 50 minutes to deliver our food, and serving meat dishes to vegetarians. Our experience at the restaurant was awful, and our experience at Shevaroys Hotel was equally disappointing. I recommend never booking a stay at Shevaroys Hotel, and avoiding dining in or ordering from this restaurant altogether.
