La ferme du Cassou - Gondrin

We visited twice during our stay first on Tuesday, when we had fabulous local food and a nice evening. our second visit was on Wednesday cassoulet at night. go when it is a magical evening, and pierre is the host. attentive, friendly and well humiliated. long tables fill the outside area he has booked and we sat with Dutch, French, Swiss and English guests. the influences (all contain large local materials) and eating is hearty, servings are generous. amazing worth a very average lunch the next day cost us twice the bill here! we have some great memories of this place and hope to return next year.
