Deutsches Theater Keller & Bistro

After a leisurly stroll through the old botanical gardens, we had built up quite an appetite. Luckily, then, we found this bistro on our way along the city wall towards the city centre. We had a salad each, with a dunkel weizen and a glass...of Merlot respectively. Service was swift and friendly and we can’t but recommend this if you happen to be in the vicinity

We went there looking for some dessert at a relatively late time.....around pm. The cakes were really delicious and we were all satisfied. Some of us chose some dessert wine and said it was really good as well. The service is good, the girl...serving us was nice and polite and was also speaking fluent english. I really enjoy it and I would like to go there again for another cake :

A modern extension on the left side of the historic Deutsches Theatre includes the "DT Bistro" an attractive and relaxed place to eat and drink. The food available ranges from a snack to a three course meal. I had a particularly good steak, but...vegetarians are also well catered for. An obvious place to eat a pre-theatre supper, but also a good choice even if not attending a performance. We arrived for an early supper at about but fairly soon the bistro got very busy before the performance in the Theatre. The apple strudel for dessert was also very good. I would be very happy to eat there again

We had tickets for the dt an hour time. we ordered a cheese - variation and a mettbrot ( eichsfelder Wurst)The competent service served fast and very friendly. we were surprised. the cheese plate was great. with salad and roasted pine nuts. the mettbrot also had an salat variation that was very extraordinary. I'm just saying great.... good price performance ratio. Thank you.

The theaterbistro offers a clear map with high quality and delicious decor. the additional sasonal card is renewed in the 3 month rythmus. the ambiente is very beautiful and well accessible from the city.This restaurant is recommended first of all.
