My best friend and I came to order food while on holiday and first they did not have the bread we wanted, and they did not excuse us or say what they had left and then they started to arrange our subs when we asked for nothing. And the girl who did the tread station was upset that I wanted all the vegetables on my sandwich, that she was sour that I wanted them and then always asked if all we wanted and still wanted to be upset that we wanted to jump on 2 other sandwiches. Never come back. They were rude and also to begin.
No wonder why people at this Subway site eat sick. I went to lunch from work to order a sub. The girl there with glasses looked sicker than a dog (white faced, nausea). Your manager left the store when I ordered and she said, "I'm sorry your sick, we're short employees today, otherwise I would send you home. I hope you feel better.” I was the only one in this place. I looked at the girl that made my underpants and said you're okay? And she answered, "Not really. I shouldn't be in food handling now, but we are short employees.” At this moment I told her to stop doing the pad, and I left. It is against any health code/law to keep it there to contaminate the food and make customers sick. Manager should have sent her home, I want clean, heat-heavy people preparing my food. Not sick.
Came in before closing and the workers gave us the dirtyest look. Before we started ordering “we already have brisket, meatballs, and so on” tried to order slider “we already pushed away slider”. They won't close at 7:30. When you close at 8:00, put food at 8:00 after you lock the doors. Don't say, customers can't make items on the menu if you are still open and don't treat customers rude because you want from work. If you cannot do your job enough and stay until you close, you should not have work first. And when we went out of the worker, the worker turned the shield to close even though they were still open.
I 'm no food critique, but upon walking in and seeing the mess of used food containers and lids just sitting on top of the food bar, plus the toaster being broken for a long while, the two servers behind the counter lacked even the most simple customer service skills to make this visit decent. The sandwich I ordered was made more like a big pile of somewhat edible stuff, than a sandwich. The cold meatballs really topped it off though, along with the question, and I quote, do you want any sauces or whatever? I 'm going to voice that this subway either needs employees who care about the customers that walk through the door looking for a decent meal or snack, or a new manager that can actually make sure said employees are doing the job they were hired to do, instead of throwing stuff on an old loaf of bread, and calling it good. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone in town or otherwise because of the horrible organization and poor cleanliness of this store. I for one will not be returning to either subway in Glenwood due to the lack of presentable food, and coherent employees. Former subway fan out... No thanks.
