Panda Express - Glendale

The restaurant needs to focus more on the quality of the food and accuracy of orders. The owner should improve the service and system to ensure customers receive what they deserve and feel they are getting value for their money. This is just my opinion.

The portion sizes are smaller for takeout orders and the teriyaki chicken was not cooked enough, resulting in dry rice. I ordered beef and broccoli but only received broccoli. There have been too many mistakes lately.

Before giving orders to customers, the restaurant should double-check to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, they gave my order to someone else, resulting in a delay in receiving my food.

I noticed at this location, they like to move the spoon around a lot to make it seem like they are giving you as much food as they used to, but they are indeed NOT. Was told they would charge me next time because I asked for just a bit more. (The veggies super greens are my fav, but they didn 't have any at the time.

The line moves fast. They had some lonely looking super greens that had been out a while. I asked them if they were going to have anything fresh coming soon. The gal replied she could make some fresh for me amd that it would be about 3 minutes. Low and behold I had a hot garlic yummy fresh super greens in hand. How thoughtful!!! Thank you!!!
