Black Angus Steakhouse - Glendale

We were seated at our 1:30 reservation time. The waitress took our drink order and brought out the drinks. She said she would be back to take our order in a few minutes. It was a long time before she came back to get our order. The appetizer arrived in good time. Our main dish came out at 2:40! When we asked about our salads after received the main dish, she apologized and brought them out. We could have at least been eating our salads before the main dishes arrived. We had to ask for drink refills a few times and each time it took an unusually long time to get them. Our table kept filling up with dirty dishes. It seems that they had no one to clear them off. We kept stacking them and the waitress would eventually clear them. All in all, it took a ridiculous amount of time for our meal! It was meant to be a nice Mother's Day for my wife and daughter, but it ended up a very frustrating experience.

You advertised a Mothet's day brunch. We made reservations 2 months in advance. When we arrived we were informed that you were not doing the brunch. That was unforgivable. If your kitchen was not equipped to handle the brunch we should have been notified sooner so we could make other arrangements. What an unbelievable move on your part. You have lost a very regular customer and I am sure many more!

The wait was long as they schedule their reservation to close together. Always have to wait 30 min or more from reservation time. Steaks were not as good as usual. I would think most of the problems would go away if visited M-T.

We had to wait an extra 45 minutes past our reservation time. The food came out undercooked (steak and lobster) but we were running so far behind because of the restaurant delays and the waiter was too busy to check on us promptly that we just let it go. In fairness the waiter did the best that he could but he seemed soooo busy. This is the 3rd time in 3 years to come to Black Angus with a large crew and get subpar service. Never again. I still think it's a value to come here when it's a regular party of 4 or less and not a holiday.

We enjoyed a most happy birthday dinner and celebration with our family. We cannot say enough about the service provided by Deanna. She was always there when needed and kept tabs on the progress of our food from the kitchen all with a smile. The food was tasty and prepared just as ordered by the kitchen staff. The celebration package $10) offered by the restaurant was a hit for the birthday boy and the rest of the family. We are looking forward to a return visit soon.
