Arby's - Glendale

Fish chips overcooked as well as overpriced for 5 piece fish meal. Requested an extra target sauce after getting the 2 for 5 pieces of fish was told they were not able to give more than 2, then Sadie they were out. Employee of the month in July is not gonna make Employee of the month in August.

After having a few bad experiences and sharing my feedback, Arby's did attempt to make it right by reaching out. I'm still not willing to give them a second shot, but my wife recently went back and had a better experience, so updating my review from 1 to 3 stars.

My sandwich was okay but the chicken felt like it was sitting under a lamp or in a warmer too long. The bacon on it was so crispy and hard it was stabbing at my gums. I can't help but laugh about it. I was hungry so I ate it but I think next time I'll try something different.

Used coupons! GREAT VALUE....FOOD PREPARED WELL.....THIS Arby's on BELL Road prepares all the items well and with care....We go out of our way to eat at that location!

If I could get them a negative 100 I would. Ordered my food at 101pm it's now 115pm and people left with their food and I'm still waiting. This is totally unprofessional and the employees there are rude as well. Probably won't go back there ever again
